You made an excellent choice to start your day with good sources of fiber, protein, healthy fats AND carbohydrates. Following through class lectures was a breeze with all the fuel you gained. Now it's starting to wear off. What's for lunch? Click on the images.

I'm crunched in time, but I should still eat healthy. Maybe some Bibibop? I can get purple rice, bean sprouts, steak, LOTS of kale, eggs, carrots, and some cheese and a drizzle of gochujang sauce with teriyaki sauce to give it some flavor.

There's no time for lunch. I have to go do my homework.
